At Dunmore, our approach to consulting is focused on a balance of simplicity and pragmatism. We leverage existing, proven management methodologies however these are never taken as writ as every situation is different - we approach every new opportunity with a good dose of common sense taking care not to over-complicate what can often be a simple solution to a problem. 

Our consulting staff come from a variety of industry sectors although we have a strong bias toward individuals who have consulting experience from the larger consulting companies. 

We pride ourselves in our ability to listen, to communicate clearly and articulately, and to understand a particular business or IT problem whilst presenting a simple, lucid set of solutions or alternatives.
